Shipping and Returns

From the moment the order confirmation email is received, processing and delivery times vary from 2 to 5 working days. 

Returns can be made no later than 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order. The shipping costs for the product to be returned are at your expense. 

The shipping address is: Via Santa Maria Fulcorina 13, 20123, Milan (Recipient: Amìmi).

Once we have received the return, we will proceed with a full refund of the product price within 14 working days. 
Bag care

Avoid prolonged rubbing or contact with rough surfaces that could compromise the natural texture of the pony skin.

Keep the bag away from direct heat sources and intense sunlight to preserve its color over time.

Avoid contact with water, oils, perfumes, and liquids of any kind.

Do not use detergents or leather cleaning products: pony skin must be treated gently.

When not in use, store the bag in its dust bag in a dry place away from moisture or crushing.
